Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AllPro Painters website and your engagement of AllPro Painters for painting and related services. By using this website or requesting a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

AllPro Painters has served Las Vegas, Reno, and Southern Utah since 2008. We are licensed and insured.

Our Services

AllPro Painters provides interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, stucco repair, epoxy coatings, specialty finishes, commercial painting, and related services for residential and commercial customers. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written estimate and agreement you receive and sign before work begins.

Estimates and Proposals

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or on-site are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is a good-faith assessment based on the information available at the time. The final scope, materials, and terms of any project are set out in the written agreement you review and sign. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote or a guarantee of a specific price.

Scheduling and Access

We schedule projects based on crew availability, weather, and the readiness of the work site. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be painted. Delays caused by site conditions, access issues, or changes you request may affect the schedule and the final scope.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in the written agreement for your project and comply with applicable Nevada and Utah law. Deposits, when required, are applied to the total project cost. Any changes to the agreed scope may be handled through a written change order.

Changes and Change Orders

If you request work beyond the agreed scope, or if unforeseen conditions require additional work, we will document the change in a written change order describing the added work before proceeding. Additional work is not performed until the change is approved.

Warranty

Our residential painting work is backed by a 5 Year Residential Warranty, as described in your project agreement.

The warranty covers workmanship under normal conditions. It does not cover damage from causes outside our control, including but not limited to structural movement, water intrusion, improper maintenance, or ordinary wear. Full warranty terms are provided with your project documentation.

Customer Responsibilities

To help your project go smoothly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and the work you want done
  • Remove or protect valuable and fragile items in the work area where practical
  • Disclose known hazards such as lead paint, mold, or pests before work begins
  • Communicate concerns promptly so we can address them during the project

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllPro Painters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our responsibility for any painting project is governed by the written agreement for that project.

The content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AllPro Painters and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of completed work represent our own projects. This website may link to third-party sites, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Projects performed in Utah are also subject to applicable Utah law. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts serving the county where the work was performed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website means you accept the current terms.
