Xavier is a seasoned professional in the painting industry, boasting over 25 years of experience as a journeyman painter, foreman, and crew leader, as well as a licensed painting and decorating contractor. His expertise encompasses drywall repair and texturing, wood refurbishing, water and fire damage repair, and a comprehensive understanding of proper preparation techniques and various finish coat products. Originally from Hawaii, Xavier relocated to Las Vegas in 2016. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to integrity, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Since moving to Reno, NV in 2018, his appreciation for the area's natural beauty allows him to embrace the vibrant outdoor lifestyle through golf, hockey, skiing, camping, and exploring Lake Tahoe. Carter is dedicated to serving his local community by going the extra mile and delivering quality results on every project.
