AllPro Painters 5 Year Warranty!

We believe in using high quality paints and professional workmanship on every home we paint. To prove our commitment to quality, AllPro offers the longest and best warranty in the industry on our residential paint jobs! Our warranty covers any peeling, flaking and blistering of the newly applied paint which is due to poor or improper workmanship for up to 5 years from the contract date.

AllPro Painters use only the finest Professional Paints and trained and certified professional painters. Our vendor partners (ie: Dunn Edwards, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, PPG) also stand behind their quality products. Here are all the details:

5 year warranty with Transparent Background

The customer must perform the following for the warranty to be effective:

  • Provide a copy of the original painting contract between AllPro and the owner. This warranty is non-transferable.
  • Contact us within the warranty period and as soon as the painting defect is apparent so that no additional damage to the substrate will occur.
  • Show proof that the contract was paid in full.
  • Must be for a single family residence located in Nevada.

AllPro Painters will perform the following:

  • Repair failed painted or stained areas by preparing the surface  as stated in the contract and touch-up paint or stain the same as stated in the contract.
  • Repair failed painted or stained areas where the paint or stain is peeling, chipping or blistering. The paint or stain color and sheen may match exactly due to aging and possible fading.
  • Repair failed painted or stained areas with no labor cost to the client.

The following is not covered by this warranty:

  • Painting where the client supplies the paint and material
  • Painting where the client performs any part of the labor or prep work
  • Failed substrates (chalking/leaching of masonry, failing stucco, rotted wood, previous undercoat failure, etc)
  • Failed painted or stained areas due to previous coating failure, water damage, moisture damage, or ground contact damage
  • Fading, chalking, bleed through from knots, rust stains, or tannin bleed
  • Horizontal painted or stained surfaces (i.e. decks, deck surfaces like tops of railings, stairs, epoxy floors and porch floors)
  • Chipped, cracked, or stained paint due to abuse or “wear and tear”, pet soiling etc.
  • Acts of God (i.e. Hail and/or storm damage)
  • Rotted or previously partially rotted wood
  • Cracks, nail pops, or imperfections in drywall, plaster, or wood, settling of house
  • Semi-transparent stains, clear coats & Urethane coatings
  • Commercial, Multifamily, and Non-Residential paint jobs.
